Welcome to Kyoto in Color, a community-based platform offering online and in-person yoga experiences. By using our services, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all users participating in our classes, events, and using our website.

 

1. Use of Services

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your login credentials.

• You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or disruptive activity.

• You must not share, distribute, or republish our content without written permission.

• You agree not to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

• International users agree to comply with local laws when accessing Kyoto in Color.

 

2. Online Class Participation

• All video and audio content shared during online classes is for personal use only.

• You may not record, redistribute, or reproduce class content.

• Your participation in any live or pre-recorded class is voluntary and at your own risk.

• Please consult a medical professional before beginning any new exercise or yoga practice.

 

3. In-Person Events

• If you attend a Kyoto in Color in-person event (including international retreats or pop-ups), you agree to follow all posted safety, health, and conduct guidelines.

• Kyoto in Color is not liable for injuries or lost belongings that occur during in-person events.

• You are responsible for your own travel, insurance, and physical wellbeing during the event.

 

4. Subscription & Payments

• Online class subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your choice).

• You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing us at kyotoincolor@gmail.com.

• Payments are non-refundable, including for partially used periods, missed live classes, or expired passes.

• Single event or course purchases (e.g., workshops or retreats) are also non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

 

5. Conduct & Community Expectations

We’re a small, respectful global community. By using our services, you agree to:

• Treat our teachers and fellow participants with kindness and respect.

• Avoid disruptive behavior in chat, Zoom sessions, or comments.

• Not harass, spam, or post offensive or harmful material.

Violation of these community standards may result in removal from the class or platform without a refund.

 

6. Health & Liability Disclaimer

Yoga and movement practices carry inherent risks.
By participating, you agree:

• You are in good health or have consulted with a healthcare provider before beginning.

• You accept full responsibility for your wellbeing during and after practice.

• Kyoto in Color and its instructors are not liable for injuries or issues arising from your participation in online or in-person offerings.

 

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If changes are made, we will post them on our website and notify subscribers via email when appropriate. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
